i-brand e-bulletin: March/April 2007
Dear reader,
Welcome to i-brand, a newsletter that focuses on creating a powerful impact in the workplace.
As spring is in the air it is the perfect time to look at your own personal growth. Take a look around you; everything is growing effortlessly. We need to take lessons from nature and realise that life doesn't always have to be a struggle.
We often get so caught up in our day-to-day chaos that we do not see what we have. Sometimes to truly appreciate our talents and gifts we need to share them with others. This is part of developing a strong authentic personal brand.
Most of us believe there aren't enough hours in the day for ourselves let alone time giving to others. Because of this we are becoming disconnected from each other and therefore unfulfilled.
Just take a minute to think about how you interact with people on a daily basis and how much it would really take to be compassionate; to give some encouragement, support or feedback to someone in your workplace. It is bound to create a chain reaction. Just try it out and see what happens. Let me know!
I believe it is impossible to achieve real growth or success without connection with others and if you are looking to build a network or a community, you have to give of yourself willingly. The great thing is you never know what rewards you may get back in return.
For those of you who missed it, last months issue can be found here.
Take care,

Dawn Winder
Founder and Director

win £740 worth of coaching with Dawn Winder
Develop a strong personal branding strategy for your career or business with one-to-one coaching from i-define. Read more about the 4 accelerated coaching sessions on our website.
All you have to do is tell us in less than 100 words what single word defines you and why. It's that simple!
about the competition
How easy do you find it to communicate to your network how you add value? This competition is designed to help you think about words people use to define you and to get you understanding why.
When people are referring you to their network, have you ever thought what words they use to describe you?
I have found the people who refer to others are people who genuinely have a passion for what they do and want to share their experiences and knowledge. I may define them as "generous" "informative" "inspiring" or "innovative"
We will publish the winner at the end of the competition. Please send the information via our contact form. We need you to fill in all the details requested and will confirm that we have received your entry. I look forward to receiving your information.
Closing has been extended to April 26th 2007.
